This Pub is Permanently Closed

A live music venue and popular with the Polish community. Now closed and boarded up. A Planning Application (P/2013/4019 00667/1-3/P2) submitted in Nov 2013 has now been approved (18/02/2014). Erection of single storey side, first floor rear and single storey rear extensions. A roof extension and use of upper floor as Guest House and division of ground floor into 5 separate units comprising 2 offices, a hairdresser, guest house reception and a restaurant/takeaway. Update: been totally converted to ground floor shop units (all shuttered at present) and upstairs (presumably) flats. Curiously they have given the building the name - prominently displayed in 3 places - 'The Duke of Cambridge House'. 2014
