Opened in December 2022, Douce is a combination of a hair salon, barista café and bar located behind the Hyatt Centric Hotel in Eddington. Two keg beers and a range of canned beers and ciders from small independent British producers. Wines, spirits, cocktails, coffees and cakes. Table seating outside as well as in.

Douce stopped running this rooftop bar in November 2025 when the hotel's operators took food and beverage in house.
