Historic village pub, dating from the 18th Century, on the North side of Gower. A single room bar is warmed by a solid fuel stove, with an adjacent, separate small games room. It sits on a steep hillside next to a 13th Century church, with views of the Loughor Estuary and the North Gower Marshes from its rear garden terrace. There is a children's play area at the rear of the adjoining larger grassed beer garden.
No main meals are offered, but snacks, rolls, toasties and soup are available during opening hours. In quieter periods, only three ales may be offered. During week days the pub will open earlier, by prior arrangement, for walking & social groups.
