Rural pub and restaurant offering two ales, accommodation, and is only two miles from Stourport on the road to Great Witley.
The small main bar is on the left, with a small games room down a few steps behind it, and a separate room on the right used as the restaurant and as extra bar seating. The bar has white paintwork, diamond-leaded windows and a brick fireplace with a wood-burning stove.
Good value meals are available all week, including Sunday lunches, lunchtime meal deals during the week, and a children's menu. Food is all prepared and cooked on the premises, and menus change weekly. The TV in the bar shows live sports and music videos, karaoke is on the last Friday of the month and there is a quiz on the last Sunday of the month.
The attractive garden has a lawn, patio, smoking shelter, marquee, a play area for children and a bowling green which can be hired. There is a large car park and the function room upstairs can accommodate 20 people.
An unusual feature is the annual lawn mower racing event on the first Sunday in May.
Note that only the restaurant is open at lunchtimes during Mondays to Thursdays.
