Open spacious pub with two drinking areas and a separate dining area. An old world pub with plenty of artefacts. Garden with lots of facilities for children. Open for breakfast from 9.30am every morning. Main menu and drinks from 12 noon. Two real ales from Arkell's are stocked. Good quality home cooked food available every day.

Historic Interest

In existence as a beer house before 1841. Arkell's bought it in 1881. Extended and modernised in 1980.
