This Pub is Permanently Closed

This used to be a large friendly pub on scenic coastal road complete with caravan site, skittle alley and function room. However since being bought by a Dorset holiday park company in 2022 the pub has been closed to the public, with the building and associated grounds used as holiday accommodation. Was used as Lemon Tree, a restaurant until 2025 when it closed suddenly- still no application for change of use although council agree that one should have been submitted.
