Was part of EI estate. Sold in June 2019 to Pinnacle Properties Ltd., a company incorporated in Liberia, and based in Geneva, Switzerland. Price reportedly paid was £150,000.

Planning permission granted for conversion into HMO.

Update April 2021: For sale freehold with planning permission for conversion and extension, the disused pub as well as the creation of 5no. one bed self-contained supported living apartments, together with associated open space and car parking. This scheme will provide a total of 13 units under class C3(b) - supported housing for people with disabilities or mental health problems.

30/04/2021: Freehold now owned by Home Holdings 1 Limited, a property company based in London.
