(Friendly community two roomed pub, retaining some of its Victorian past. Original 'sash' window in the separate semi circular bar, full of character.) Sadly, the pubco did not care for any of its history and has now turned this once great pub into yet another one roomed gastro pub. It has a South facing patio to the back of the pub with veranda, overlooking its own large play area which was once a bowling green. Covered external area to rear allowing access, via a ramp from side drive to the double doors opening into the open plan lounge area.
Real ale not always available.
