Small and friendly, traditional, street corner local set in a brightly coloured building on a quiet road at the Southern edge of the town. Inside is a compact and comfortable C-shaped room surrounding a central bar, with an interesting collection of "Betty Boop" dolls and pictures throughout! The pub has been run by the same couple for 29 years (in August 2026).

This community focussed pub hosts mixed darts matches on Mondays and Thursdays, with ladies’ darts on Wednesdays and pool on Sundays.
