Reopened on 8 July 2021 under the auspices of a new company Ten X Leisure having purchased the pub from Farley & Peterson, the previous owners. Regrettably affected by the Covid-19 lockdowns, it had effectively closed on 5 November 2020.
A 1930s roadhouse situated on the main road, which has been The Blueberry since mid-2014. Refurbished throughout in 2014, there is a single bar extending to the restaurant area to the rear. The menu is reasonably-priced, with takeaway food as an option - please call to order. Pizzas are a speciality, cooked in the pub's own wood-fired oven. The restaurant is a Thai gastro called Chor Muang - please call (01235) 850388 to book or walk in. Check the website for the times when pizzas and the Thai food are served because some times pizzas only are served, some other times Thai only and at other times both pizzas and Thai are available.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 3 regular beers.
