Canal-side pub 10 minutes walk along the towpath from the town and near to the old railway line country path.
A central bar serves a snug, and the main lounge has three distinct areas. The room facing the bar was originally stables. In summer it's pleasant to walk or cycle there to have a well deserved pint sitting by the canal.
Basket meals are available every day.
Cycles can be secured to the canal-side fence.
Ramped access from the car park and mobile ramp by request into the main lounge bar. Stepped access to WCs (not adapted).
