This Pub is Closed Long Term

New riverside free House/bar and restaurant in ‘Canary Riverside’ area near to pier. Opened c. 2001 but closed in 2009 and served as a restaurant, reopened in 2014 as 28 WEST, a modern bar. No cask beer.
