A sister venue to Bonehead, the fried chicken restaurant in the city centre. Deadbeat describes itself as a dive bar, taking inspiration from rock bars and clubs from across the US. No real ale is available, but there is a selection of British and European beers available on keg and a good selection of cans and bottles in a well-stocked fridge. Pizza served by the slice.
