This Pub is Permanently Closed

The pub was part of Red Lion Farm. The licence was recommended for refusal in 1908 but was renewed. The pub closed in 1920 but the building continued as the farmhouse and a farm shop. They were demolished in 1999 and Brookfields Court built on the site. Red Lion Farm relocated to Jolt Lane, it is the home of the well known Red Lion Jersey ice cream, has a cafe & gift shop, farm animals to see, an owl sanctuary ...
