The Rose and Crown is a Grade 2 listed building which dates back to 1675. It has been providing services to locals and visitors ever since. There are log fires and a warm welcome in winter and a sheltered garden with long views for the summer. They offer a wide menu selection as well as a great choice of beers, wines and spirits. Whether you are exploring Hadrian's Wall Country or simply looking for a nice place to eat then the Rose & Crown is the place to visit. Summer hours may vary.
