The Artichoke is a 1930s flint building, originally decorated in the Brewers Tudor style, with two cone-shaped roofs, giving the pub its name, original Young's, Crawshay & Young's windows, parquet flooring and a long solid wood bar.
Significantly refurbished in 2018, the bar features eight handpumps, including six real ales, two ciders and a great selection of craft beers.
Food from Veg Tubby on Thursday nights.
