Situated in front of the parish church alongside the village green with impressive views across the Glaven Valley this pub is set in an idyllic rural setting.

The interior consists of three rooms with wooden panelled walls adorned with photographs depicting old village scenes. It is a fairly food orientated pub with an impressive menu plus many specials as advertised on the menu blackboards that surround the bar.

The pub has en-suite accommodation and there is a large and very pretty garden with children's play area, ornamental pond, an aviary and a covered smoking area. An outdoor bar and pizza oven was added in 2022.

Can be combined in a nice circular walk with the George in Cley and the Bell at Wiveton.
