A small homely pub popular with locals, that is part of a row of cottages on the lane that leads to St Peter's Church. The pub has been run by the same family since it opened in 1911, with the current landlord running it for the past 35 years. The beers are usually rotated between Flowerpots Perridge Pale, Palmers Copper Ale, Flack Manor Double Drop and Goddards Ale of Wight. Also served is wine from the local Webbsland vineyard, which the landlord partly owns (hence the limited opening hours). A narrow path at the rear of the pub leads to a small hidden town garden that has a covered patio area with seating. May open at other times and possibly close early if quiet.

Opening times are said to be limited and groups planning a visit should check well in advance.
