A historic inn set in the middle of a pretty seaside village. Refurbished during the Covid lockdown period, this surprisingly spacious pub consists of three large rooms all done out in a modern and airy style with a rustic nautical theme. They are the main front bar, the main front restaurant and another bar/restaurant at the rear, where dogs are also allowed. There is also outside seating at the front and side. It is popular with walkers and beach goers all year round and holiday makers from the many nearby caravan and camp sites in season. A range of meals are available in all rooms.
Two cask ales are normally available all year, with more in holiday season. There are three handpumps in both the main bar and front restaurant, which sometimes vary, usually offering local ales from the Evan Evans and Gower Brewery ranges.
Parking: No parking available either at or by the pub, it is recommended to use the large council pay and display car park about 200 metres away, accessed from the beach front roundabout, to which the pub has a key if you wish to stay after the car park closes.
This Pub serves 1 changing beer and 0 regular beers.
