This handsome Victorian character building dates back to 1873. Situated on the corner of Star Street and the High Street. It was the first licensed premises in Ryde village. It's at Cafe Bar, serving food all day from 10am. Mondays is Quiz night, always for charity, Live Acoustic music every Wednesday, with every last Wednesday of the month being jazz night After a complete refurbishment during the lock-down, it has been transformed by the new landlord. There are up to 60 different ales and ciders in rotation during the year, plus a range of craft cans changed as the year progresses. You can enjoy your purchases sitting outside in an enclosed space in the pedestrianized High Street.
