This Pub is Closed Long Term

Small unspoilt local in the centre of Peel, a short distance from the promenade,set amongst the narrow passaageways and houses. High quality food can be available, and two real ales were on at the time of visit, one from Okell's and one from Kaneen's brewery 22.08.26.

Highly unusually, there are no regular hours, however the pub does open. It operates as a pop up pub twice a month (refer to facebook for events and opening times). It can also be open every day during race motorbike race periods, but it is essntial to consult the facebook page as there are zero regular hours. Events when open are for all, not private functions.

The pub itself is historic in nature, with stained glass windows and a hug fireplace in the bar area. Up a few stairs there are tables and small alcoves, as well as a smoking area to the rear. The design of the pub is quite rare for the modern age, and certainly unique set amongst the housing in the Isle of Man.
