Clubhouse open to all
Glen Gorse Golf Club was established in 1930. At the heart of the club is the clubhouse, where the aim, is said to be, to extend the warmest of welcomes to one and all. The entrance foyer leads into the public bar, to the left of which is an area known as the spike bar, so called as wearers of soft spiked golf shoes are restricted to this area. To the right of the bar is a large restaurant/function room, off of which are a smaller restaurant/function room and a newly installed pool room with a pool table, darts board and sky sports television. On the first floor is a conference room. Off of the restaurant/function room is a block paved patio with timber garden furniture and views overlooking the golf course. Glen Gorse Golf Club, has an 18 hole, par 72 private, parkland golf course and claims to be home to one of the finest and meticulously maintained parkland golf courses in the East Midlands.
This Club serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
