The Globe has reopened April 30th after a disastrous rebrand and short lived opening as the Goat coffee shop/café bar. Shannon Wright, and Ashley Garraway, are the new landlords reinstating the Globe Inn Moniker.
A Modernised Cotswold stone pub, set back from main road through Stonehouse.
You enter the Globe through the porch at the front, to the left there is a coffee lounge/bar with plenty of seating available. To the right there is the smaller main bar.
To the rear of both rooms the toilets may be found together with the skittle alley/function room.
Historic Interest
According to the Stonehouse History Group the present building was built in 1806. It was where the village fairs were held with the Green in front. It is on record as an inn in 1812.
