Named after the original name for the road it stands on - Cap and Stocking Lane. A traditional back street gem with some tiled floors and etched glass windows. Caters for a wide range of ages and types of customer within a pub with 3 separate drinking areas. Comfortably decorated with button back benches and chairs. Lots of old photos of the area are on the walls throughout. Outside is a large, secluded tiered garden with pétanque court. Occasional live music.
Recently reopened and with the return of the ever popular 'flat' Bass straight from the barrel.
The range of beers may differ. On a recent visit Kirkstall Leeds Pale, Wye Valley HPA and Dartmoor Jail Ale were available.
This Pub serves 3 changing beers and 2 regular beers.
