This 17th-century building is thought to have originally been a weaver's cottage. A pub since the 19th century, now the only one in the village since the Three Horseshoes closed in 1993, it retains many original features including old timbers, open fires and a beamed ceiling.
Homemade pizzas are served all day. Hot beef cobs on Sundays, 12-6. No food on Mondays.
Quiz night every Tuesday at 8 o'clock. Darts night on Wednesday, 5.30 onwards. All welcome, especially now there is a darts team.
This Pub serves 3 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
