Formerly called the Woodman. Recently reverted to original name: the Rawdon Arms after the local mine which closed in the 1980s, the pub has a large L-shaped single room with comfortable seating. The walls are covered with commemorative plates depicting local coal mines, the last one closing in 1990.
Recently reopened. Serves cold and hot bar snacks, hot drinks are also available.
