This Pub is Permanently Closed
DEMOLISHED. Plans for demolition and new housing have been approved and the site is now cleared. The unusual name for this pub is said to have two sources, one harking back to the coaching days when the London stage coach left at 10 o'clock in the morning, with the return working at 10 o'clock in the evening, whilst in the 1700's, there was a 10 o'clock courthouse session. This two-roomed pub had been purchased from Charles Wells in 2012 and refurbished, retaining a front room that was mainly used by diners, and a smaller traditional bar to the rear.
