This Pub is Permanently Closed

The Red Lion is a traditional stone-built pub with two separate areas. To the left a lovely lounge that remains in the best style of a country pub lounge: inglenook and real stove fire, low ceiling with beams and traditional furnishings. Application for residential use refused and dismissed at appeal in 2017. Further application dated 2018 for retention of PH but with 3 houses on car park/garden approved S/2018/0613/FUL. Pub use not permanently lost although finding a tenant might be tricky.
