Long-established cocktail bar (since 1981) with banquette seating, offering bottled beer from Hook Norton. Sells nice Cuban cigars; no meals, but nibbles and snacks available at all times. Closed after being burgled. Leaseholder Julian Rosser says it will reopen. Still closed 19 Oct.
