This Pub is Permanently Closed

Purchased in 2012 by a neighbour who immediately closed it and set about ripping the fittings from the listed building without permission. Then applied to convert to an estate agency with two flats, eventually half-heartedly running a photocopy shop on the ground floor. Finally claiming non-viability and getting permission to convert to residential as planners ignored its ACV status.
