With panoramic views of the surrounding countryside there are camping facilities for up to 25 tent and 12 touring pitches. and 6 electric pitches in an open fileld There are four spacious letting rooms available with disabled access. The pub was refurbished during 2023, and this former drovers inn is a welcoming traditional country pub.

There are three handpumps on the bar, and freshly cooked and locally sourced food is available (not Tuesday). There is a traditional open fire and bar seating. Live music at weekends
