Traditional thatched 15th-century pub close to the village church and historic tithe barn. Inside you can sample up to three real ales, by the cosy woodburner in winter, or outside in the attractive beer garden in the summer with wonderful views across the countryside. Good food is available, and there is a Greek night once a month including Greek music and dancing. Walkers, children and dogs are very welcome. An ideal place to unwind with the newspaper and a pint. All three hand pumps serve ever changing beers which may be Adnams Bitter, Fuller's London Pride, St Austell Tribute or something from nearby North Cotswold and Clouded Minds breweries.
