Large mid 19th-century hotel, incorporating a row of houses standing on a raised terrace set back from Oxford Road, near to Banbury Cross; operated under the Best Western umbrella.

The lobby area was renovated in early 2016 and the bar moved up into it from its former location on the lower ground floor; sadly the new bar does not feature cask, or even any bottled ales...
