Now branded as the Namaste kitchen, it was originally named "The Tanner Arms", Courage sold the pub in 1984 and it became a free house called the "Hook & Tackle". The old part of the interior acts as a traditional backstreet pub, with the extension of the bar being the Nepalese restaurant. No cask ale but some bottled beer available.
