The Haven Inn was built in 1730 as a coaching inn for travellers using the nearby ferry, and has remained a place renowned for hospitality, good food and comfortable lodgings ever since. Full of character, the bars have traditional, beamed ceilings, and a warm welcome awaits the weary traveller by the open fire in the lounge. Themed food events, such as pie night and stew/curry night, make this a great pub for both good food and good beer.
