This community owned pub was rescued from closure about seventeen years ago by locals who couldn't contemplate their village without a pub. Good beer, good food and the close proximity to local attractions that includes Kingston Lacy, the Badbury Rings and the Stour Valley Way are all reasons you need to visit. There is a pleasant roadside seating area at the front that is a sun-trap, weather permitting, where you can relax and watch the world go by.
