This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

Southport's main cricket club also featuring hockey, tennis, snooker and squash. S&B is a Lancashire CCC outground, regularly hosting first class cricket, with spectators packing the ground in recent seasons. Two bars both serve either Timothy Taylor’s Landlord or Golden Best and the club has a number of function rooms available for hire, which are popular with members wanting to watch Premiership and Champions League football matches on three giant screens. However, the club no longer appears to give discounted beer to CAMRA members.
