Know locally as The Vaults, with its boards flooring and the only pub in Shropshire with saw dust on the floors, this is unashamedly a no frills pub. Extensive alterations to the interior have created an open space around the central bar so that customers can appreciate the pub's regular music sessions. Unusual ceiling decoration in the form of Long Player records.

Very much a mecca for the local south Shropshire music scene with regular events held on the inside and outside stages. The effort that has gone into the creation of the rear courtyard would seem to have been worthwhile.
