Reopened about 30 May 2022 after refurbishment. The opening and meal times, the real offering and Facebook page are updated after a brief visit on 23 June 2022.

South Oxfordshire Branch of CAMRA will endeavour to update the other information about this pub by the end of June 2023.

Closed on or just before Thursday 17 March 2022 for six weeks for refurbishment and while ownership is transferred to the Barkby Pub Group - was expected to reopen on 29 April 2022, but as at 9 May 2022 & 18 May 2022 no date has been given.

Dating back to the 16th century, the Coach and Horses provides good food in four eating areas and a separate bar. Plenty of beams, brickwork and open log fires produce a good inn atmosphere: for summer drinking there is a large patio and lawn. It's not all nostalgia though - the pub features a wi-fi hotspot free to customers. To the rear of the pub, nine chalet-style bedrooms offer quality accommodation. Defibrillator available outside on the pub's wall facing the car park.
