This Pub is Permanently Closed

This was a locals' pub situated on the Stafford Road, but closed in 2014.

The Officer's Report in 2016 for planning application D2016/73999 said that the premises were currently in use as a restaurant, and that the upper floors were in use as an HMO (following the granting of application 12/65625/FUL on 27 June 2012). It acknowledges that the property was formerly the Windmill Public House. That application permitted a rear extension to increase the HMO provision.
