This Pub is Permanently Closed

The pub was bought by developers from Punch in March 2010. A planning application to redevelop the site for housing was submitted but then withdrawn in late 2010. The pub had been trading until then but has now closed and is surrounded by security fencing. It was subsequently demolished.
