Ariadne's Nectar, North Kensington (Demetri's)

CLOSED. Due to reopen March 2026 as The Latimer restaurant & pub. The emphasis will be as much on food as on drink with a serious menu as well as bar snacks. This is a new project by Fin and Lorcan Spiteri in association with other members of the family, including Jon Spiteri who has been responsible for some of London's most iconic dining rooms.

Referenced as a bar & grill, wine bar, and pub. A family run, friendly 2-level bar famed for its eccentricity and described as not for the faint-hearted! Keg beers only but worth a visit for the vibe. The venue is also used as a social centre by the local Greek community.

The venue was listed by the Council as an Asset of Community Value on 23 Oct 2019. "The current use of the building furthers the social wellbeing or social interests of the local community and it is realistic to believe that the future use of the building or land will continue to further the social interests of the local community".
