Historic Interest

The Pub was listed in John Stotts 1977 Guide to Good Beer in Bolton as selling Walkers Bitter, Tetley Mild (H), with TV, darts, dominoes, pool. Must be one of the best in Bolton. In May 1981 it was a Tetley Keg Pub. It was reported that Tetleys had sold the pub to Vaux in June 1990.
