This Pub is Closed Long Term

This pub previously called the Pickled Newt closed in 2009. Hounslow’s Hounslow licensing panel called time on the Palmerston in Staines Road after the police presented councillors with a grim list of violent incidents and antisocial behaviour. Was being used as a Polish shop c.2010. For sale sign up mid 2014.

Planning application P/2016/1775 - Erection of a three storey building including accommodation in the roof and a basement to provide replacement A4 (Drinking establishment) use at ground floor and basement levels and eight flats on upper floors together with associated amenity space, refuse areas and cycle parking - refused Aug 2016
