The oldest licensed premises in Lambourn. Refurbished by Arkell's Brewery in 2014 with new entrances, kitchen and patio.

This one bar pub is extremely spacious, a central bar area is surrounded by comfy sofa area by the fire, sports room, restaurant area and dog friendly seating section. Outside there is a heated glass structured building for outdoor dining all year round complete with outdoor wood burner. Outside also has a patio and gravelled area with bench seating.

A 2023 visitor advises there are now no handpumps for cask ale.
