Time for the Crooked House to stand tall again

Campaigners who want to rebuild the Crooked House, razed in 2023, have written an open letter to the authorities approaching the two-year anniversary of its destruction as they battle to keep the plight of the famous wonky pub in the spotlight. There is growing frustration among members of Save the Crooked House (Let’s Get it Re-Built) group at what it sees as a lack of action in the investigation by the police and Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) into the events on Saturday 5 August 2023 when the Himley pub was destroyed by fire and then bulldozed just two days later.
