The 18th Skipton Beer Festival will be held in the Town Hall, High Street, Skipton. Open Thursday 21st & Friday 22nd May from 11am to 10pm, and Saturday 23rd May from 11am to 8pm. For the first time since returning to the Town Hall, the event will feature 10 real ales on handpumps, plus 50 on traditional gravity, a selection of real ale in KeyKeg, and a range of real cider and perry. The cask choices will reflect the local area, the wider county of Yorkshire, and a few carefully chosen gems from Cumbria and the North East. A small selection of wine and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available. Entry per session £4 payable on the door, CAMRA Members free entry on production of a valid membership card. Free entry for all customers arriving in the last two hours of each day. No under 18s. No dogs except assistance animals. If you are a CAMRA member, how about having a go volunteering at the festival? There are a variety of roles from setting up the stillage, through public facing (admission desk, glasses stand, beer bar, steward) and packing it all away at the end.
