Description

Big Trip commenced brewing in Ancoats in 2022, producing a variety of cask and keg beers, mainly hop-forward, hazy, unfiltered and unpasteurised. The keg range features low carbonation (1.2 volumes) with new limited run specials most months. Currently brewing three times per week. A brewery tap is planned.
