This Pub is Closed Long Term

In attractive village near to River Swale at end of long cul-de-sac from Newby Wiske, it is popular with fishermen diners and locals. Attractive traditional-style front bar with leather sofas welcomes local drinkers and diners alike while the restaurant area is on a higher level to rear, capable of being separated into distinct private rooms. Beers sourced from local breweries. Home to one of the branch's Quoits teams.
