Samuel Smith pub with attractive traditional style interior and exterior. A particular feature are the stunning stained glass windows depicting champions (of sports and other fields) - these are not as old as they look and were instead added in the late 1980s as part of Sam Smith's restoration of the pub. As with many SS pubs, no cask ale is available.

Patrons should note that the brewery's policy is that its pubs are for social conversation person to person. This includes bans on swearing, mobile phones (except for payments), laptops or tablets; however, in the London area this policy may be relaxed or not enforced by staff.
